How does your refund policy work?

Will you automatically withdraw payment on the next period?
We are renewing and rebilling subscriptions automatically every month or every year unless you cancel it. This way you may continue to download cutouts without worrying about service disruptions.
What are the payment options?
We currently accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover through Fastspring payment platform. Depending on your location Amazon Pay or SEPA may also be available as payment methods.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel the subscription at any time. If you cancel your subscription, we will not withdraw the next payment. You will keep your premium plan until the subscription's end date.
How to cancel: Go to Orders --> click "Cancel" --> click "Cancel Subscription" --> click "Confirm"
What is the difference between regular and premium cutouts?
Premium cutouts are the cutouts available only for paid users. We reserve some percentage of the best cutouts as a token of our appreciation for supporting MrCutout.
Can I get an invoice for my order?
Yes, the invoice will be sent to you via email after a purchase. Additionally you can find it on the orders page.
Can I get the invoice before the payment?
Yes, you can choose to generate an invoice at checkout. We will send you an invoice with a link to the payment, which you can share with your coworkers.
Can I download multiple images at once?
Yes, use "Board" tool. You can add any cutout to your Board by clicking "+" icon on the image. This way you can easily gather multiple cutouts. Create your collection and download it in one click! Only for PREMIUM users.
